How to apply for a refund/return?
Sign in to your account, click on My Orders, thereafter on View for the order you like to return, thereafter click on Refund My Entire Order. Thereafter you will receive an E-mail on your registered e mail ID confirming your request,

Under Orders you can click on My refund Requests to monitor or follow up on your request.

We will refund your amount after receipt of returned goods in between 48 hours. 

The ordered item has not been delivered?
In case the ordered goods have not been delivered according to our delivery terms ( http://rodak.in/Delivery-Information ) let us know immediately and we assure you to find a solution in between 20 days or refund your money.

The ordered items are different from what you ordered?
While placing an order please double check if selected goods are those you intend to buy before proceeding to the payment gateway.
If we done the mistake of sending the goods please return the same and we will immediately dispatch the correct item after receipt of the returned item. Any cost of transport will be refunded.

The ordered item is not functional?
Before selling any RODAK goods we test them prior to packing and dispatching of the same. In the unlikely event that goods are non-functional, just send the goods back and we assure you replacement at the earliest. Cost of transport will be refunded.

How do I cancel my order?

Do I need to return along with the product the free gift, if any?
Because the free gift is a part of the whole deal the same need to be returned along with the products delivered.

How to get the refund?
Refund shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received except for Cash on Delivery transaction which will be made via demand draft in favour of the Buyer issued and delivered on to the registration details provided by the Buyer. For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using Payou/ NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI). Refunds are conditional and shall be realized in-line with Terms of use.

How to return the goods ?                   
We provide in most of the cases a pick up either through one of our employees stationed in most major cities or through one of our courier partners or you can courier it directly to RODAK if pick up from our side is not possible. shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by RODAK. Please ensure that returned products are in original and unused condition which includes original packing, all labels, price tags and original invoice along with the returning product. Let us know the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return. Please keep the courier tracking ID for any future reference and original receipt of the courier and ensure that the charges you have paid are mentioned on the same as we need this information to reimburse the shipping charges.
